How you'll make an impact: As a Senior Product Manager for the AdsWizz Ad Delivery team, you'll develop advertising solutions that align with SiriusXM's vision for the future of audio entertainment. Your mission will be to deliver advertising solutions that enhance the listening experience by serving the right ads, to the right users, at the right time. This role focuses on driving our ad delivery capabilities and transaction processes across our suite of ad products. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in ad delivery efficiency, reduction in ad load times, and increases in ad revenue per user. You will work directly with our Ad Delivery Services engineering team to improve existing services with a focus on efficiency and expansion to meet the needs of a diversified publisher base.
What you'll do: Technical Collaboration: Work directly with engineering leads to manage the product delivery lifecycle for prioritized projects. Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and services, focusing on inputs/outputs to the delivery engine, ad load management, and transaction processing.Own Product Vision/Roadmap: Prioritize and document projects, creating tickets, requirements, and PRDs. Ensure alignment with the overarching vision and product strategy.Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, GTM, and Ad Product teams to ensure Ad Delivery initiatives align with corporate strategy and address publisher needs.Strategic Foresight: Promote forward-thinking by prioritizing features and addressing current market challenges while anticipating future trends.Execution Excellence: Define problem spaces, key use cases, and product concepts. Validate theories and hypotheses swiftly to accelerate innovation.Expand Ad Formats and Transactions: Lead the evolution of ad delivery technology to support live streaming, podcasts, and other opportunities to expand audio ad formats and improve transaction processes.What you'll need: Bachelor's or Master's Degree.5+ years of experience in advertising technology and media industries, with a focus on ad delivery and a keen understanding of the evolving audio and ad tech landscape.Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of ad delivery technology with experience owning products and services that support ads/monetization at scale in previous roles.Ability to balance thoughtful consideration of potential solutions with the ability to solve problems and understand/calculate the impact of changes on existing services.Excellent communication skills, capable of working directly with engineering leads to understand complex technical implementations and collaborate on new features and problems that arise from an expanding publisher base.Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment.Confident & humble.Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism, and cooperation.
