Role Overview As a Senior Product Designer, you will take a leading role in shaping the user experiences for one of our most prominent accounts—a global sports and fashion brand.
You will work on projects that demand a deep understanding of UX and UI principles, from accessibility and usability to the creation of scalable design systems and stateful interfaces.
Experience in eCommerce and online retail will be key to delivering seamless, user-centred solutions.
You will also collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and the US, translating complex requirements into impactful designs.
Proficiency in Design Thinking and workshop facilitation will further enable you to drive innovation and inspire both colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities Act as a mentor and leader within the design team, fostering professional growth and sharing expertise in structured workflows and design systems.
Lead the design of accessible, user-friendly interfaces that meet web standards and business goals.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring brand and functional consistency.
Create dynamic, stateful designs that adapt seamlessly to user interactions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Lead collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams, ensuring design initiatives align with broader business objectives and processes.
Present concepts and final designs to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
Travel to client locations in Europe and the US to build relationships and deepen project impact.
What We're Looking For Extensive experience as a senior-level UX/UI designer, preferably in eCommerce or online retail.
Experience establishing and using governance frameworks for design systems, ensuring quality, alignment, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in accessibility, usability, design systems, and user journey mapping.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of managing diverse requirements.
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to balance innovative design with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to manage structured feedback and iteration loops, using data and user insights to refine designs continuously.
A collaborative, proactive mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking.
Bonus: Experience facilitating workshops and applying Design Thinking methodologies.
