What we offer Salary up to £65,000 Hybrid in Greater Manchester - 2 day onsite per week ideally but can be flexible Culture of small teams of skilled people, in a friendly and relaxed environment Responsibilities To be a senior figure head in the team that owns key product and channel experiences, ensuring they align with brand vision and objectives Driving the design direction on a key project Champion the use of design systems to maintain consistency and coherence across all channels and touchpoints Balance the needs and objectives of both B2B, B2C and even B2S (Supplier) audiences Requirements Expertise in UI design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience working in both B2B (B2B2C) and B2C environments, balancing competing objectives and priorities.
Experience working on Mobile apps.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes and design specifications Proficiency in design tools - Figma or Sketch orAdobe XD or similar platforms Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation If this sounds like a position for you, reply to find out more!
