The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take on an influential role in shaping our customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities User Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth user research to uncover actionable insights that guide design decisions.
Strategic Design Execution: Break down high-level concepts into achievable deliverables within agile workflows.
Service Design Expertise: Build journey maps, flowcharts, and service blueprints to deliver cohesive, end-to-end user experiences.
Design Innovation: Deliver simple, elegant, user-centric designs while evolving our style guide with a modern, understated aesthetic.
Proficiency in Tools: Use Figma, Miro, and other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, evolving our design system collaboratively.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product and engineering teams, advocating for user-first strategies.
Quality Assurance: Own design QA, usability testing, and maintain the highest design standards across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For Experience & Skills: Significant experience in product design with a proven record of impactful, user-focused outcomes.
Expertise in service design, journey mapping, and creating cross-functional design solutions.
Strong proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and Miro.
Background in B2B2C or financial services design is a plus.
