With your excellent communication and leadership skills, you'll collaborate with Buyers and Buying Managers, support business growth, and lead a team dedicated to innovation and quality improvement.
What You'll Do: Lead and Develop: Drive the European Quality Support and Product Development strategy, ensuring our products meet customer expectations.
Collaborate: Work closely with Buyers and Buying Managers to support business growth and quality improvements.
Innovate: Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and develop strategies to support new markets and vendors.
Sustainability: Partner with our Sustainability Manager to achieve our sustainability goals in production, packaging, and labelling.
Train and Support: Develop and deliver training modules for new buyers and team members.
Who You Are Experience as a Garment Technologist or Product Developer within Womenswear, in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric testing standards, and sustainable practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills and ability to act confidently and professionally when working with partners and stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Experience in managing a team would be advantageous Highly skilled in evaluating product for fit, quality and performance and in depth knowledge of garment construction and pattern cutting techniques Thorough knowledge of garment production and finishing systems Extensive knowledge of fabric testing standards and care labelling Technical knowledge of fabric, yarn and colour specifications Thorough understanding of Sustainable accreditations, certifications and labelling relating to garments, fabrics and finishing Ability to risk assess product where appropriate Come and Discover Different at TJX.
