Senior Producer

You will work closely with other internal departments & governing bodies including UEFA, so your ability to work collaboratively in order to maintain and improve relationships across a broad spectrum will be essential.
You will be expected to have experience of every stage of the production process, from ideation, writing scripts, to live gallery producing.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of women's football in general and the UWCL in particular, with great contacts inside and outside the game,.
You will need to be highly motivated with strong editorial standards, organisational skills & a powerful work ethic to cope with the demands of this busy role.You will be responsible for producing & creating innovative live & non-live UWCL content across different platforms, durations and styles, as well as overseeing production of other women's football rights.
Directly involved in the creative process, running projects from conceptualisation to execution, you will be expected to integrate DAZN's social media output into the production process in order to reach as wide an audience as possible.You will be a highly motivated, proven leader with strong editorial standards & a powerful work ethic & will work closely with the Head of Football on this and other projects.You will be responsible for producing & directing innovative live & non-live National League You will be directly involved in the creative process & will be expected to run this and other projects from conceptualisation to execution.
While the focus will be on live output, there will also be long & short-form content, live matches & other programming to work on.Internal Job Title will either be Senior Producer or Producer depending on experience.This role will be based out of out Leeds Office.Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days' annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.As our new Senior Producer, you'll have the opportunity to:Prepare & produce live & non-live football programmes for on & off-platform consumption, working to tight deadlines, delivering on time & on-budgetWork in TV galleries & OB trucks as live producer on broadcast shows & leading editorial direction in a live on-air environmentProduce non-live content using ViMix & other 'smart' technologyLead & work collaboratively with a wide variety of production & non-production staff to develop & deliver ideas, collaborating with a wide spectrum of internal departmentsFind, lead & work with a wide variety of freelance staff, including commentatorsSchedule, book & coordinate internal & external staff plus outside companies across different strandsDemonstrate an ability to identify, nurture & develop talentWork on-site in Leeds office, off-site at various locations (domestic & foreign) with a mix of weekday, weekend, night-working, sometimes requiring overnight staysYou'll have:An appetite for hard work and an ability to deal with and thrive under pressureCreative and innovative with an ability to translate ideas into compelling story tellingA proven leader who can set clear targets, & support staff to achieve themAbility to produce live and non-live programmes Experience of working within budget, quickly & accurately, often under pressureAbility to edit with Premiere Pro & a willingness to master DAZN's systemsGood level of Microsoft Office skills inc.
