Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of EURI's dynamic Procurement Operations team to develop strategies for successful programs and projects procurement, support the Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation across the region, drive procurement governance and to enhance AECOM ESG performance by collaboratively working with the supply chain to reduce Scope 3 emissions. This role will be reporting to the Director of Procurement Operations in EURI region.
Role Responsibilities: Present procurement and buy-side contracting process to stakeholders in an effective manner in infrastructure industry. Support projects in proposal, planning, execution, and closeout phases of the project life cycle Lead, develop and execute procurement and buy-side contracting strategies and plans. Present and communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make efficient and effective supply management decisions. Implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) policies, processes, and procedures, improving service level to Operations and Supply Chain Have an understanding of Coupa eProcurement modules, DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), actively supporting users within the region. Liaison between Business Units, Global Business Services (GBS) and Procurement Support Centre (PSC) Negotiate, prepare, execute, facilitate framework agreements and subcontracts. New supplier onboarding and prequalification support Escalate best and final contract changes to Legal, budget owner, insurance exception reviews. Centrally archive subcontract, procurement, and insurance documentation Assist escalating and supporting the resolution of disputes with suppliers. Complete contract closeout and supplier notices Support ESG supplier engagement to achieve net zero targets. Conduct data analysis for informed decision making. Qualifications Entrants to demonstrate experience in engineering, procurement, construction environments. Understanding of contracting terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies Understanding of legal terminology related to procurement. Competency to perform procurement and contract management functions. Experience presenting to senior business leaders and effective communication. Experience with strategic sourcing, managing solicitation processes and negotiations. Experience in managing tactical and strategic supplier relationships. Proven record of accomplishment in coaching peers in existing processes and best practices Certifications Minimum bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, economics or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience. Certified Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply chain (CIPS) or other relevant professional certification. Successful candidates must showcase infrastructure industry specific experience.
