Salary ranges between £85,000 - £95,000 + extensive benefits package inc.

This industry-leading and well-known Construction organisation is about to undergo a large transformation journey and is therefore looking to grow its procurement team.
This position will involve continuous improvement and change management activities across the end-to-end procurement function and commercial processes to ensure the function is best practice and fit for purpose prior to the delivery of £billion procurement projects across the infrastructure and major capital works space.
Within this pivotal position you will be a key stakeholder in revitalising end-to-end procurement and commercial processes to ensure they are best practice coupled with effectively managing a team to ensure efficient procurement project delivery of high-value and complex infrastructure projects, with continuous utilisation of New Engineering Contracts.
The size and structure of this organisation coupled with the extensive scope of this role, provides you with daily development opportunities as well as a direct progression route to Head of Procurement level.
Procurement Lead responsibilities… Manage the delivery of best-in-class procurement strategy with innovative solutions across diverse and high-value Infrastructure procurement projects Maintain best practice commercial processes in relation to the holistic contract management process with a key focus on pre-contracts, supplier management, supplier performance, governance, risk and compliance Effectively manage a team of passionate procurement and commercial professionals to encourage innovation and continuous value-add activities Procurement Lead requirements… Success in delivering Construction, Infrastructure and/or Capital Works procurement projects/ programmes Past experience around bespoke subcontracts i.e.
