SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER - HARD FM Location: London, E14 9SH Hours of work: 37.5 Contract Type: Permanent As Senior Procurement Manager – Hard FM within the ISS Supply Chain & Procurement team, you will play a key role in advancing ISS's Hard FM service offerings, focusing on cost control, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Job Description In the role of Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing and tendering efforts, oversee supplier relationship and contract management for selected commodity groups, and target reductions in total cost of ownership (TCO) while enhancing operational efficiencies and quality.
Reporting to the Head of Hard FM Procurement, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to select and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish framework agreements.
A core part of your role will be to initiate and execute cost-saving initiatives and drive compliance with Preferred Suppliers to maximise value.
You'll also handle spend analysis and reporting, build relationships with key suppliers, and implement innovative procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities Manage sourcing activities across the ISS UK & Ireland business, supporting internal stakeholders to comply with the Procurement Standard and maximise benefit from the Hard FM spend portfolio Formulate category plans to maximise scale opportunities across multiple projects Consolidate spend and leverage supplier relationships to deliver the best proposition at the lowest total cost whilst maintaining service/quality and enabling innovation Implement strategies which improve commercial performance whilst maintaining compliance and mitigating risk Deliver buying efficiencies and compliance, whilst leveraging spend via the most appropriate buying channel/supplier Identify and deliver value improvement initiatives (incl.
savings and cash flow targets) Track, report, and follow up on savings progress, compliance status, and other activities Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define and execute procurement and supply chain solutions that will deliver against targets Engage with the business to harvest suppliers' expertise and innovations to reduce ISS' cost of operations, and to deliver leading service experiences About You Demonstrable experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, within Hard FM Experience of procurement in relation to Hard FM Project Works and of the contracts used (JCT and NEC contracts) Excellent influencing and relationship building skills Degree level education or professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) is highly desirable Demonstrable stakeholder management skills Comfortable presenting to mid to high level stakeholders Proficient on MS Office and PowerPoint Good with data and an intermediate to advanced user of Excel Intermediate user of Power BI is desirable Current UK Driving licence (essential) The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
