Key Responsibilities: Managing housing standards and enforcement actions Regulation of Houses in Multiple Occupation Handling enquiries related to housing conditions Supporting energy efficiency initiatives Supporting the disabled facilities grants team when needed Inspection and Licensing of Mobile Home Parks Line management of 2 team members.
Qualifications: Prior experience in private sector housing preferable but not mandatory Genuine passion for improving housing standards Team player with strong communication skills.
