As Senior Private Medical Insurance Advisor you'll partner with clients to deeply understand their healthcare goals.
You'll put together personalised insurance plans that protect their well-being and financial security.
By embodying integrity, professionalism, and empathy, you'll guide clients through complex insurance decisions, empowering them to make informed choices and secure comprehensive coverage.
What you'll do: Understand individual healthcare needs and recommend tailored private medical insurance solutions Connect with clients through calls, interviews and explain complex insurance options with clarity Analyse existing policies and recommend adjustments to optimise coverage Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit goals Support colleagues and contribute to the development of the sales process Manage the CRM system effectively Work closely with the leadership to grow the PMI team What they are looking for: Experience in private medical insurance sales (brokerage environment preferred) Excels in communication - both written and verbal Has a keen analytical mind and can interpret complex information Delivers exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport Possesses strong sales skills and a drive to succeed It could be a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a leadership role long term.
What we offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with an OTE in the region of £65,000 (Performance related) Dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and high-performance Hybrid working Supportive and development-oriented culture Flexible working schedule (37.5 hours)
