About You Experience: Significant experience in planning, with a track record in development management, strategic planning and local plans.
Education: A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or (RICS) is required.
Skills: Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and innovate.
