Job Description Responsibilities: Guide less experienced engineers on decommissioning approaches & hazards.
Ensure timely production of Work Packs, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
Collaborate with all necessary interfaces for decommissioning tasks.
Coordinate engineers & assign work packages.
Act as Deputy Worksite Lead Engineer & help close out actions.
Foster collaboration with contractors in a spirit of trust.
Review Work Packs & Method Statements.
Provide weekly progress & risk reports.
? Offer technical support to contractors during on-site operations.
Qualifications Skills & Experience: Proven track record in engineering management.
? Strong verbal & technical communication.
? High-quality writing, reviewing & approvals.
? Experience in Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Work Packs.
? Decommissioning experience valued!
Regulated Industry expertise (Nuclear/Fusion/Oil & Gas).
CDM 2015 knowledge essential (incl.
Principal Designer duties).
Compliance with Regulation 8 CDM 2015.
Additional Information BPSS & SC clearance.
? Travel to UK Assystem offices & customer sites.
Support major UK & international Nuclear Clients.
