Senior / Principal Consultant

Share this Job Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Senior / Principal Consultant, who is proficient within Behavioural Change. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced Transport Planner who will be an enthusiastic, people-orientated individual with specialist engagement, research, report writing and analytical skills. Importantly you should have specialist knowledge of travel behaviour change and travel demand management projects, including successfully implementing travel plans across a range of sectors. Role Responsibilities: Aspects of researching, designing, delivering or evaluating travel behaviour change projectsDesigning and implementing travel plans for a range of organisationsManaging sizeable projects to scope and budgetDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients, helping to secure new workInspiring and developing less-experienced members of staff by freely sharing knowledgeContributing to other projects across the advisory group as requiredCandidate profile: A sound understanding of behaviour change theory and an appreciation of the factors influencing mode choiceDemonstrable experience of managing projects for transport authorities or private sector clients in the UKA deep understanding of transport policy and current issues and creative approaches to dealing with themA growing network of industry contacts and positive client referralsExcellent inter-personal and communication skillsSalary: £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum
