Location: Hybrid - Soho (3 Days) / Work from Home (2 Days) Supporting the daily operations of the Press Office to elevate Russell & Bromley's brand awareness and positioning through a comprehensive 360° communications strategy, encompassing both press and VIP activities.
The Senior Press Officer will work closely with the Senior PR & Celebrity Manager and oversee the PR Assistant and team intern, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure seamless cross-functionality.
Additionally, this role involves liaising with internal teams to develop cohesive, concise press packs, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging across all external communications.

About the Role Lead on all product-focused press requests and support the Senior PR & Celebrity Manager on trade & business communications, as well as brand feature placements as needed.
Manage all credit requests and oversee forthcoming coverage reporting.
Oversee the management of the press showroom (via the Press Assistant) including responsibility for the sample set.
Write seasonal press releases and proactive pitches to increase brand visibility across target print and online media, working towards KPIs.
Meet regularly with press, stylists, talent, and agents to build relationships and support brand awareness.
Compile and update the media database; proactively coordinate press meetings and showroom appointments.
Stay informed of cultural trends, attending industry events to generate innovative PR concepts.
Recommend relevant and up-and-coming talent for potential collaborations.
Monitor media and industry changes, including daily media monitoring to stay current with trends.
Develop event concepts to support seasonal campaigns and key brand moments.
Assist in planning, preparation, and coordination of seasonal press days and events.
Provide training and daily support to the PR Assistant, including line management responsibilities.
Implement PR strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team as outlined by Senior Management.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to share online press coverage in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the Senior PR Manager and Buying team on upcoming product launches and new collections.
Monitor competitor brands to keep updated on brand profiles and activities.
Create talent briefs and contracts aligned with seasonal content creator activities.
Oversee the junior PR team such as the PR Assistant and seasonal interns About You 3-5 years of prior Press/PR experience preferred Previous experience in a fashion PR role at Press Officer level or higher Strong attention to detail for administrative tasks Excellent written communication skills Passion and interest in the fashion industry Personable, approachable, and confident demeanour Strong organisational skills Excellent knowledge of publications, talent, and content creators Due to the high volumes of applications that we receive, we are regrettably unable to personally reply to them all.
