Overview of Role: Recruiting experienced P6 Planning individuals at various levels from junior to senior to join our team on a permanent basis.
Working on high-profile infrastructure projects across Manchester.
Responsibilities: Responsible for delivery of the designated Project Programme(s) in accordance with Client requirements Provide innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence to ensure time efficient, exemplary quality outputs in terms of schedules, reporting, etc.
The ability to deliver Project Schedules at various stages of the project lifecycle, developing from first principles and ensuring the schedules are maintained effectively Build and maintain long lasting Client relationships, providing "best in class" service, while upholding our Core Values of Trust > People > Integrity > Innovation Responsible for provision of support to Junior/ intermediate Planning Engineers to aid in delivery of the above.
Requirements: Member of a relevant professional body with chartered status (or working towards this) and/or educated to degree level.
Ability to communicate the programme to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of schedule integration on large multidisciplinary projects.
Strong understanding and knowledge of baseline development and management in addition to Earned Value Management processes.
Experience of cost and resource lading/ management/ forecasting within the programme Experience of applying performance measurement techniques to the programme e.g.
KPIs, milestones Knowledge of/experience in the UK infrastructure projects Experience of NEC contracts Ability to understand and utilise CAD drawings/ specifications/ schedules to facilitate build-up of the Project Programme Understanding the principles of Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and integration of mitigation actions within the programme Experience of NEC Contracts Exposure to basic principles of 4D Planning Benefits: Competitive salary (Salary dependant on experience level) Pension scheme 25 days holiday + option to buy/sell 4 days.
