Senior Planner Bristol £37k-£45k+ About the Role As a Senior Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex planning projects that transform communities.
You'll lead a diverse portfolio of work, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, you'll drive impactful decisions that balance growth, sustainability, and community needs.
Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals.
Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
Lead on policy development, site appraisals, and feasibility studies.
Represent clients in public consultations, hearings, and inquiries.
Mentor and support junior planners in the team.
What We're Looking For Experience: Proven track record in planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
Qualifications: RTPI membership (or working towards it).
Skills: Exceptional knowledge of UK planning systems, regulations, and processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Passion: A creative and analytical mindset, committed to shaping sustainable, future-proofed developments.
