Job overview Working Full or Part time hours We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Administrator to join our Pharmacy Homecare Team.
You will be involved in the receipt of orders and invoices, maintenance of spreadsheets and databases and supporting other members of the Homecare Team.
You will also be expected to carry out general office duties including ordering, filing and participating in audit work.The successful candidate will be expected to have recent experience of working in an office environment and be able to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and excellent computer and literary skills are essential.
You will be required to actively participate in the development of the department in line with recognised best and developing practice.
You need to be able to effectively manage your time to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Main duties of the job To assist the Homecare and Medicines Management Teams in the co-ordination of duties relating to Pharmacy Homecare Services and to ensure that administrative duties relating to homecare purchasing and invoicing are carried out in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.To monitor and maintain the pharmacy database in relation to homecare services.To supervise the work of and train any other staff working on day to day activities in the pharmacy homecare team Working for our organisation
