Role Responsibility: SENIOR PERFORMANCE OFFICER £30,000 - £35,000 per annum  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 5:30 Home Based, with travel throughout the North West of England (Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside) A Company Car will be provided.
About Us G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) are looking to recruit within our dedicated team across the North West of England to deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.
The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders and we are looking to recruit a team of individuals, in a variety of roles, to ensure the success of that delivery.
To apply for our roles you don't necessarily need experience in Employability or Welfare to Work but you do need to be enthusiastic about understanding the industry, passionate about delivering quality and success and have the skill set to meet the requirements of the role.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Officer to join our Employment Support Services team at G4S.
The role involves leading a small team to optimize performance, ensuring all Restart-related claims are compliant, timely, and successful across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing absences, and overseeing travel to meet priorities.
The ideal candidate will excel at building strong partnerships, be IT literate, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to performance, teamwork, and integrity in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Supply Chain Partners, Supplier Relationship Managers, and teams to meet contractual targets and KPIs within set timescales.
Analyze data and practices to identify performance opportunities, establish best practices, and recommend improvements.
Attend or delegate participation in supplier performance meetings and support embedding changes to address knowledge gaps.
Facilitate participant forums to identify and share best practices across the contract.
Ensure fair allocation of support from Performance Officers across the CPA and manage workflow for suppliers as needed.
Work with Employer Engagement teams to enhance performance opportunities.
Contribute to meetings, forums, and ensure development plans for direct reports are in place.
