Rate of Pay: £24.07 - £31.45 per Hour Responsibilities: To take a lead on performance, review and improvement the delivery of projects within the Children and Families Division, providing the intelligence and analysis that challenges and supports services to improve outcomes.
Drawing on a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence to support the service. Improvement activity and directly presenting it to key stakeholders, providing and receiving constructive support.
Manage aspects of a specific performance and intelligence team in identifying datasets that will help services within Children and Families to understand patterns of need.
Manage the production of analytical products for Children and Families to support strategic planning and commissioning, including assisting the output of officers in the preparation of statistical reports or direct drafting where required.
Liaise with colleagues across the authority and within partner organisations to ensure that data and intelligence are shared widely and efficiently in order to support effective decision-making in all areas at all levels (operational and strategic / performance and finance).
Qualifications: Enhanced knowledge and understanding of the national and local context for Childrens Services, including Education Services and particularly SEND.
Experience of performance management, analysis, data cleanliness and quality assurance processes and operations in a high performing team to effect change in a large complex organisation Experience of data protection and safeguarding frameworks Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
