Senior Payroll Administrator Location: Warrington Salary: £30-35k Benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension plan, and more About the Role: Adaptable Recruitment is searching for an organised and detail-focused Senior Payroll Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Warrington.
This role is ideal for a payroll professional who can manage end-to-end payroll functions with precision, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.
Working closely with HR and finance, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless payroll experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
Generate and provide detailed payroll reports for management, collaborating with HR and finance to verify all data.
Process and review employee expense submissions across multiple payroll systems, reconciling records across four distinct payroll schedules.
Address payroll and expense-related inquiries from employees, providing clear guidance and resolutions.
Keep comprehensive and well-organised records of payroll data, expense reports, and relevant documentation for easy access and compliance.
Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally in a senior capacity.
Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance and HMRC regulations.
CIPP qualification desirable Skilled in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
