Senior Parts Advisor

Job DescriptionOur client is a franchised car dealership, looking to recruit a Senior Parts Advisor near Hereford.
Working as part of team, you will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression.
KEY OBJECTIVES: To organise and co-ordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and inter-department requirementsTo maximise sales volumes and marginsTo accurately identify customer parts requirementsTo maintain parts stock and stock recordsTo process parts orders efficientlyTo ensure the highest level of customer satisfactionTo contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelinesTo promote parts and accessory salesTo ensure parts stockholding is kept to a minimumStock availability / stock valueCustomer satisfactionTeam working and communication with other departments About You:– MUST have current experience as a car dealership Parts advisor or above– Must possess excellent customer handling skills– Positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work– Must have a valid driving licencePackage:£26k Baisc – OTE exceeding £30k Benjamin Griggs at Jago Consultantsparts" or "workshop controller" or "service manager" or "parts manager" or "aftersales manager" or "parts
