Job Description The Details Be part of developing ASOS's future retail media advertising business.
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the FAB & Non-Clothing vertical within ASOS Media Group.
You will line manage a team of 3 Partnership Mangers, who between them own the marketing partnerships with 100's of brands.
Your line management responsibilities will include weekly 121s and all PX touchpoints, as well as supporting the team with any troubleshooting across their portfolios.
You will be accountable for meeting the revenue targets for the FAB & Non-Clothing vertical, and will forecast with your team to set quarterly and annual budgets, and work closely with them on a quarterly basis to track delivery of revenue on Sales Force and report on the your vertical's status in Weekly Business Review meetings.
You will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for incremental revenue, or explore and pitch ideas for new AMG packages, that could further grow your verticals at ASOS Media Group.
In this role, relationships are key.
As Senior Partnership Manager you will hold relationships with Senior stakeholders at our key brands, for this you will need a thorough understanding of each brand's position as well as the FAB & Non-Clothing market in general.
You will lead on strategic partnership management with our top brand partners, alongside Partnership Manager, for example Trade Term plans, launching new initiatives and calendar planning.
You will also hold the relationship with FAB & Non-Clothing Commercial teams at ASOS, ensuring that ASOS Media Group activity aligns with and supports the growth of the vertical at ASOS.
You will represent FAB & Non-Clothing at ASOS Media Group in the wider marketing function, spanning Central Marketing, Social, PR and Creative Labs. Qualifications About You A good level of experience in a client facing digital marketing / sales role? Proven track record in building and managing client and internal company relationships?? Marketing skills (preferably digital marketing) in Fashion, Sports and Face & Body retail categories? An understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies? An understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising? An understanding, and affinity with, the Sportswear market Proven track record within a target driven environment? An understanding of Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously? Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter? Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously? High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel).
