Senior Partner - Pension and Investment We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner to lead and expand our Actuarial, Investment and Pension Risk Management practice.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the pensions industry, capable of driving growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the growth and development of our Actuarial Investment and Pension Risk Management services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on complex challenges faced by clients.
Oversee the delivery of consulting services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and shaping go-to-market strategies.
Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
Represent the firm at industry events and in public forums, enhancing market presence and thought leadership.
Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pensions and investment industry, ideally with experience of leading a consulting practice.
Proven track record of successful leadership in a consultancy environment, including managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management and market trends.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.
Experience in a senior leadership role with profit and loss responsibility.
