Senior Paralegal, Litigation & Recoveries Team - Bournemouth - £Competitive Our client a Litigation & Recoveries Team is renowned for providing expert, forward-thinking, and concise legal advice.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Bournemouth.
The successful candidate will work with our diverse client base to recover outstanding debts.
Role Overview: As a Senior Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of claimant litigation matters.
Responsibilities include: Managing cases from inception to closure, handling all legal elements.
Issuing letters before claim and enforcing judgements.
Drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements using our sophisticated case management system.
Regularly communicating with clients to develop strong relationships.
Skills Required: Essential experience in litigation, preferably in the commercial sector.
Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume environment and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on call handling.
Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence to identify and communicate areas for improvement in working practices.
