The Opportunity: HeliosX is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager.
You will define, execute, and measure Paid Search marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business.
You will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as thinking big to develop capabilities to optimise SEM.
This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and have an enthusiasm for testing growth opportunities.
An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage a £20m budget and have a meaningful impact on HeliosX commercial performance and the success of one of its key categories.
This is a contract position (salaried FTC or day rate available) with an initial 3 month engagement, with the option to extend or go permanent.
The successful candidate must be based in the UK and available to start in January 2025.
What you'll be doing: Own the end-to-end performance of paid search channels for one of the conditions/brands at HeliosX (i.e weight loss, skincare, etc)Create and execute our overall paid search acquisition strategy across multiple territories, with a strong focus on LTV/CAC optimisation on a weekly basisReport on weekly performance, including insights, actions and experiment results to the wider Growth department and close collaboratorsPrioritise and run regular A/B testing to unlock growth, whilst maintaining stability against punchy targetsObsess over competitors' ads, promotions and new innovations to stay ahead in a very competitive spaceLeverage our marketing analytics tool (Amplitude) to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across paid search campaigns to identify opportunities for the CRO team.
Think funnels, campaign performance and trend analysis, all paired with relevant customer insightsProduce your own quarterly forecasts and roadmaps, and share them with senior leadershipSupport our Paid Search Executives, working closely with them to prioritise tasks and providing them with technical guidance and mentoringWhat you'll bring to HeliosX: Extensive experience owning the end to end performance of paid search channels within a DTC or ecommerce based businessExpert knowledge of paid search acquisition channels, with experience working at both the strategic and executional levelsProven success in a performance driven paid search role - you'll know all about experimentation / AB testing, lifetime customer value (LTV), customer acquisition costs (CAC/CPA) and how to pull the right levers to create commercial valueHighly analytical and data driven; you're able to distil insights from campaign data and translate insights into actions that improve channel performanceExperience managing multi-million £ SEM budgets, optimising for long term profitability
