The Senior Paid Media Specialist will work very closely with the Head of PPC and other senior team members, focusing on the strategy, implementation and expansion of Paid Media campaigns across a range of clients and platforms, as well as becoming a key part of future growth of the Paid Search team.
The employee video is definitely worth a few minutes of your time - www.mrs.digital/about/team Key Responsibilities For the Senior Paid Media Lead Manage advanced strategy development, implementation and continuous optimisation for managed paid media accounts across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft & LinkedIn.
Regular high level client interaction with visibility on strategy and insight presentations.
Budget planning, forecasting and reporting across multiple campaigns and channels.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Media on strategic planning for all managed paid media accounts.
Competitor analysis and data driven activity recommendations to maximise ROI.
Mentor and guide paid media team members, ensuring alignment with best practices and advanced strategies.
Ensure paid media strategies align with the overall MRS business objectives.
Skill Requirements For the Senior Paid Media Lead 7+ years' hands-on experience of running large, complex paid media campaigns, ideally agency side.
Highly analytical, KPI driven and structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
A proven track record of optimising campaigns and accounts that deliver significant ROI.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Expert knowledge with Google Ads, in particular Search and Shopping campaigns, with demonstrable experience of various campaign type setup, management and optimisation.
In depth platform experience Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn ads manager.
Highly demonstrable experience in complex media account optimisation and performance improvements Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Experience with DSPs e.g.
DoubleClick, Stack Adapt, Quantcast, DV360, Amazon AAP.
