Job Title: Senior Paid Executive Location: Remote (UK), some office time may be required (London) Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (depending on experience) Purple Goat is an award-winning, ground-breaking marketing agency dedicated to connecting brands with opportunities to effectively and authentically engage the 1.3 billion people across the globe that have a disability.

With global clients including Heineken, Starling Bank, Tesco, Google, TUI, BT and many more, we are looking for a Senior Paid Executive to join the campaign delivery team and execute our delivery for some of the biggest brands in the world - boldly changing the marketing landscape in the process.
With our close ties to our sister agency Goat, you'll have support and expertise on hand while you help shape the direction of paid at Purple Goat into the future.

Core Role Responsibilities: Manage Paid Social Campaigns: Oversee the management, set-up, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns across multiple campaigns, platforms and objectives, ensuring seamless execution for a variety of clients.
Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets for multiple campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
Campaign Optimisation: Continuously refine targeting and creatives to drive optimal performance across all platforms and campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the campaign delivery team to ensure smooth campaign activations, supporting on all parts of campaigns where required.
Collaborate with account managers to address client-specific paid media queries.
Client Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights, presenting results to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and demonstrate success.
KPI Accountability: Take ownership of hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed expected outcomes.
Strategic Input: Contribute to activations by collaborating with the campaign delivery team to produce content, create paid assets that aligns with campaign objectives and support setting up influencer access.
Inclusive Marketing Initiatives: Identify and implement paid social strategies that resonate within the disabled community and broader industry, focusing on inclusivity and diversity in campaign execution.
Technical Expertise: Ensure accurate conversion tracking through pixel implementation and troubleshoot any tracking issues to maintain campaign effectiveness.
New Business Development: Support account managers and the strategy team by contributing to pitches, preparing proposals, and identifying effective strategies for potential clients, tailoring solutions to their target audiences.
Who is the right person for this role?
2+ years experience in paid social media across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest) Experience in detailed reporting on Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel Experience in PPC beneficial but not essential Have the ability to work within a team and independently Ability to work across multiple, global clients and campaigns with varying objectives Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Essential skills: Data focused Creative use of ad tools Analysis of paid campaigns and performance Some experience in explaining paid strategy to clients Strong, clear communication within a team and client facing environment, both verbal and written Culture and Benefits: Work from home Work from home set up allowance Performance based rewards - appraisals every 6 months to discuss career progression Company and Individual training opportunities to support with your personal development Company laptop Wellbeing allowance Work and Social team events - in-person events Loyalty holiday allowance accrual
