Senior Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Office Administrator (part-time) with excellent attention to detail and a professional and warm approach, to provide a broad range of administrative support to our client based in Carterton.
Office based, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of this busy surveying office; liaising with clients and referrers to obtain instructions; administering instructions; managing workflows in surveyor diaries; ensuring essential accounting/admin tasks are completed as well as handling and resolving enquiries and post survey questions.
You will have previous experience of providing organisational support in an office-based role and an appreciation of the commercial importance of delivering a professional and supportive service.
