We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our clients nationally recognised Family Law team in the North West.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to take on a pivotal role managing a varied and challenging caseload while contributing to team leadership and business development.
Requirements Handle a diverse range of family law matters including divorce matrimonial finances private children cases and cohabitation disputes.
Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members ensuring high standards of client care and compliance with national guidelines.
Manage sensitive matters effectively under time pressure demonstrating strong communication organization and time management skills.
Lead client meetings offer clear and realistic advice and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Ensure efficient time recording and billing to meet personal chargeable hours billing and cash collection targets.
Delegate tasks to team members and support them in achieving team goals.
Actively participate in business development networking events and marketing efforts to enhance the team s profile.
