Senior Nursery Practitioner | Westminster, W2 | £95-£120 | Full-time | Long-Term to Permanent | January 2025 Role Overview: LTF Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a dynamic nursery team in Westminster.
This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping young children's early development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Located within the grounds of a highly regarded primary school, this nursery provides outstanding early years education in a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4 years.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff, ensuring exceptional care and education.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
Monitor children's progress and work closely with parents to address individual needs.
Ensure safeguarding and child protection protocols are adhered to at all times.
Requirements: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A passion for fostering curiosity and growth in young children.
