What You'll Do Product Research, Ideation, and Development: Lead the research and development of new and existing products across assigned brands, creating formulations from scratch with innovative and unique ingredients.
Project Management: Oversee the entire product pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with monthly launch goals.
Product Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including production, marketing, and compliance teams.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK regulatory standards for food supplements, managing product safety and quality compliance at each stage.
Launch and Post-Launch Analysis: Drive successful product launches and gather post-launch feedback to inform future development.
