We provide a wide range of services including, data centre network services, security, wireless technology, CCTV, and voice, including ACD systems.
We have a large investment programme ensuring our network technology platform is resilient, scalable, and highly available.

We support critical services such as our 999 control rooms and have an end-user base of over 14,500 staff utilising our network platform.

Our Network workstreams are varied, and we need to focus on a balance of skills in the team.
We are looking for a candidate with a range of skills and experience in the networking arena but also with focus towards the Security and or voice aspects.
Applicants should evidence the following skills and experience in their application: Details of 3 - 5 years network experience held within an enterprise environment.
Experience of Cisco products and other network topologies encompassing different flavours of networking.
Strong communication skills especially in relation to Customer Service and working with others at all levels.
Please also include in your application any evidence of the following areas: Minimum of 3 - 5 years network experience detailing what voice experience you have.
Ability to support and develop network infrastructure, ideally you will hold a current Cisco Certified Network Associate certificate (if you don't have this, please detail what CISCO accreditations you do have) and any Network security or IP voice experience you may have.
Please also evidence, any learning, qualifications, or experience in cloud-based technologies.
This is a Monday-Friday office hours role, 37 hours a week, and you will be required to join the on-call 24/7 rota.
