Senior National Account Manager

A bespoke skincare brand is looking for a Senior National Account Manager for a hybrid working role with three days a week in the London office and two days remote.
As Senior National Account Manager, you'll report directly into the Retail Director and your responsibilities will include: Ownership of day-to-day retailer relationships Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Retailer and Department Store teams, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing.
Manage commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with retailer Buying and Merchandising teams.
Delivering strategic planning and forecasting Build all net sales forecasts, meet all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flag risks and opportunities.
Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management.
Demand planning and supply chain Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer.
Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across channels.
Management of the retail P&L, internal reporting and cross functional delivery Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity.
Responsible for reviewing product assortment and sales.
Align trading plans with local teams.
Provide monthly reports that detail sell-through by SKU, rankings, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis.
Lead weekly S.I.S.O.
calls with teams and monthly meetings to review all business opportunities.
Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure all updates are executed in a timely manner.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager with a proven track record in the beauty and skincare industry.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working with major UK retailers like Boots, a deep understanding of the market, and a passion for skincare.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a commercial mindset and analytical abilities, are essential.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve exceptional results.
