As a Multi-Skilled Operator Chargehand , you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to keep our operations running efficiently and safely.

Your core responsibilities.
Operate and monitor machinery (including Forklifts – with training provided) while supporting your team.
Help reduce waste, increase efficiency, and keep operations moving smoothly.
Take charge on your shift and support excellence in health and safety, product quality, and team engagement.
Receive on-the-job training from our in-house experts.
Operate machinery to a safe and high standard, maintaining efficiency and safety.
Communicate any issues or obstacles to the Site Supervisor promptly.
Support your colleagues in achieving operational targets and maintaining compliance.
Take an active role in reducing waste and improving processes.
Lead by example to promote a positive and safe working environment.
Requirements Our essential requirements.
Experience working in an operational role with leadership responsibilities is a plus.
HGV 1 license.
Mobile plant experience.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn machinery such as Forklifts.
A problem-solver who strives for improvement in all aspects of the job.
