Senior Mep Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join an expanding NI Contractor.
The bulk of the work is residential but some commercial with this thriving M&E specialist business.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with NEC contracts and exposure to working on a range of project types as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor or specialist mechanical / electrical contractor.
Duties will include On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
Monitoring contract costs against budgets - company financial reporting.
Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control.
Preparation of estimates.
Analysing sub-contract quotations.
Preparation and agreeing variation accounts.
Preparation and agreeing of interim valuations and final accounts.
Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.
Providing evidence for resolution of disputes.
Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedures.
