Our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) Team across Norfolk & Waveney are seeking dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join their existing team.

As a registered practitioner within CRHT you will:

Managing and assessing risk is a large part of our role and as a team we robustly make decisions in complete collaboration with all systems. As part of this team, responsibilities would include undertaking assessments, working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs, as well as holding a caseload and undertaking duty. You can expect regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice. We hold a strong belief in team and individual development, you'll be provided with a full induction program and access to extensive training and career development.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent Mentorship qualification or ENB 998.
