Main duties of the job As a Band 6 mental health practitioner you will be taking a lead role in the team, supervising, and supporting other team members, and will be expected to have the skills and knowledge that will facilitate effective care being delivered to service users in their own homes.Exciting opportunities for professional/personal development and career progression are also on offer through our Academy of Clinical Excellence (ACE) available to all of our registered practitioners.
