Job Description Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Nurse – CAMHS Eating Disorders to join our team. As part of the Multi-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with eating disorders.

Salary: Up to £44,953 + £5000 welcome bonus Position: Senior Mental Health Nurse Hours: Full Time Setting: CAMHS ED Location: London SW15 Key Responsibilities: Deliver prescribed care within an agreed framework for a defined group of patients. Work with patients and their families to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that aligns with patient choice. Observe and engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress. Monitor and review nursing care plans, making adjustments as necessary based on patient condition. Evaluate changes in patient condition and needs, responding effectively to these changes. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care, including regular meetings and discussions. Prioritise nursing duties and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe care delivery within shift coordination. Maintain personal professional development in line with preceptorship and revalidation requirements. Promote a respectful and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice on a monthly basis. For this role, we're looking for someone who has: A valid NMC PIN with a Registered Nurse qualification (RMN). Experience with patients who have eating disorders and related mental health issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise care delivery. A commitment to personal and professional development in line with healthcare standards. Interested?
