Salary: Up to £44,900 + £5000 welcome bonus Position: Senior Mental Health Nurse Hours: Full Time Setting: Mental Health Location: London SW15 Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor the needs of patients, ensuring personalised care plans are created. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care. Develop and implement behavioural support plans for patients with mental health issues. Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects on patients. Provide high-quality nursing care and support in a safe environment. Actively participate in daily team meetings, contributing to the overall care strategy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Support patients in their recovery journey, encouraging autonomy and independence. Engage in continuous professional development through training and learning opportunities. Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and confidentiality for all patients. For this role, we're looking for someone who has: A valid NMC PIN with a Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD). Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. An understanding of mental health issues, addictions, and eating disorders.
