Role Purpose Senior Medical Advisor Lifecycle Medicines Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Medical Advisor for Lifecycle Medicine (LCM) portfolio.
In this role, based at our High Wycombe office, The Senior Medical Advisor will report to the UK LCM Medical Lead and will be a key member of the cross-functional therapy area team involved in the delivery of value through medical input and leadership to strategy and activities for the benefit of patients and healthcare professionals.
Supporting a large and diverse portfolio of late-stage medicines across many disease areas including immunology, psychiatry and HIV, this fast paced and agile team, provides broad and deep expertise to maximise the value we create for patients, HCPs and the business.

Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain awareness of the latest scientific and clinical advances in relevant diaease areas through actively engaging with key clinicians and academics * Build and maintain a good understanding of NHS issues affecting the therapy area, including NHS priorities and market access issues or barriers Involvement in the development of the medical affairs strategy for the LCM portfolio * Lead and collaborate on projects and activities in support of the medical plan * Collaborate with cross functional colleagues including marketing, sales and regulatory as needed to realise the brand objectives * Review materials and activities as a final signatory * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic partnership * Develop positive relationships with relevant Thought Leaders, Patient Organisations and Professional Organisations * Develop stakeholder maps and engagements, support grants and donations and track Investigator Initiated Studies.
Qualifications * GMC registered physician or pharmacist registered in the UK Experience and Skills Required * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry * ABPI code final signatory status * Ability to learn quickly, build and maintain relationships * Growth mindset and strong prioritisation skills * Business acumen and strong project management skills and demonstrated experiences in leading clinical/ scientific programs with a high degree of autonomy * Experience working closely with regulatory teams is preferred.
