A leading M&E Contractor, renowned for its innovative approach and substantial growth, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to spearhead a high-profile £35 million M&E package on a life science project in Norwich.
This position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of groundbreaking projects in the life sciences and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £95,000, complemented by a £7,000 car allowance, an 8% pension contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing projects from the preconstruction stage.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in the early stages of the project, ensuring that all preconstruction activities are meticulously planned and executed.
Following this, the successful candidate will be instrumental in assembling and leading a dedicated team, which includes an Electrical Project Manager, a Junior Mechanical Project Manager, and a team of site managers and supervisors.
Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the entire lifecycle of the project from preconstruction to completion.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team to achieve project goals.
