Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineers and Senior Design Engineers needed to join a world-class, organically growing engineering company based near Winchester.
My client is looking to expand their current team due to continued success and the acquisition of new projects.
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will ideally have design experience within a regulated sector such as aerospace, nuclear, defense, medical, oil and gas.
Experience designing special purpose machinery (SPM), bespoke machinery, process plant, machinery, material handling equipment or similar is also required.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties Engineering of mechanical equipment - Production of engineering concepts and technical solutions.
To produce engineering designs and associated engineering documents (such as drawings, calculations, and reports) Project work, in addition to design, all aspects of the design process such as draughting, validation and testing of products.
37 hours a week - Monday-Thursday (8:30-17:00) and Friday (8:30-16:30) Some flexible working from is possible Requirements Good engineering calculation ability.
(calcs, MathCAD, Ansys, FEA experience) Detail design using SolidWorks 3D CAD Experience working in the Defence, Nuclear, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Sub-sea, Oil & Gas or a similar highly regulated industry.
Must have at least 3 years design engineering experience.
Must be eligible for SC clearance.
The Package: Salary depending on level- £45,000-£64,000 Private health care Pension 6% company contribution 25 days holiday + bank holidays Death in service 4x annual salary Bonus Scheme
