Experience.
Be it 5 years or 20 you'll be comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple projects across multiple sectors.
Personality.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and has a thirst for discovering and exploring the latest in industry thought.
You'll be confident to make new client relationships and build upon existing ones.
We value knowledge sharing, so experience of mentoring is a bonus.
Technical Expertise.
You'll have a degree or equivalent experience in building services or mechanical engineering and be conversant with Autodesk products such as Revit.
Experience in some of the following mechanical design software; Stabicad, MagiCAD or Revit) & NBS specification writing software.
You'll also need a sound understanding of UK regulations and industry standards.
