About the Role Our client is launching a premium fitness destination that aims to redefine the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience.
As the Senior Marketing Strategist , you will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan, starting with a 3-month pre-launch phase.
Your work will ensure a seamless brand launch, drive early member acquisition, and position the gym as a leading name in the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust marketing and communications strategy for the pre-launch, launch, and first 12 months of operations.
Pre-Launch Campaigns: Develop innovative campaigns to build awareness, generate excitement, and secure early memberships.
Digital Marketing: Oversee PPC, SEO, video marketing, social media, and email campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Brand Positioning: Establish the gym as a premier fitness brand through PR, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with founders and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Your Profile Experience: 5+ years in senior marketing roles with a focus on strategy, digital marketing, and brand launches.
