The Senior Marketing Specialist/Brand Ambassador reports to HQ Marketing Director and partners with the Retail Sales teams to support the overall brand strategy, sales and growth.
Role & Responsibilities Plan execute and manage 360 degree marketing activities, campaigns, events, gifts, etc.
in the region by coordinating with the TR HQ.
Develop and manage relationships with all internal & exterbal partners and ensure operational excellence Implement and execute all PR and advertising media strategies, influencer/celebrity relations and events.
Create strategic relationships Identify and align tangible measures to evaluate the outcome of the activities Serve as point of contact for cross-functional project contributors, closely tracking all project within timelines and troubleshooting (complex) issues as they arise Perform competitive analyses and market assessments as needed to support the projects thinking creatively beyond adjacent jewelry brands for ideas and inspiration Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to manage all marketing activities and track budgets Actively collaborating with the relevant marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment of focus areas and to support the respective region's commercial goals.
This collaboration is crucial for achieving cohesive strategies and maximizing the region's commercial success Partner with retailers to develop and execute innovative in-store events and use learnings to maximize effectiveness of the market calendar long term Travelling for events and fairs as part of marketing operations in Europe is expected Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proven knowledge and interest in fashion and luxury goods A minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing working experience, preferably in the Luxury/jewellery industry, Advanced level of English, second language is an asset Excellent use and knowledge of MS Office programmes Positive, collobrative approach and strong communication skill Experience with leading successful global/regional marketing campaigns Project management mindset with the ability to manage budgets, multi-tasking projects and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
