SIG Specialist Markets, a division of SIG Plc, which includes 11 manufacturing brands, are currently looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Projects Executive who will coordinate delivery of the Marketing plans in line with the marketing strategy in a timely manner and on budget, providing campaign ROI.
Acting as project guardian you will also be responsible for ensuring the projects and campaigns both internally and externally are cohesively executed, with multi-stakeholder steering and independent contributions .
This role is primarily based at one of our SIG offices, although hybrid may be considered (expenses not covered for commute).
What does the role involve?
• Working independently and as part of a team to develop, support and implement the brand, and campaign marketing strategies.
• Working with the Marketing Director in developing, co-ordinating and implementing GDPR customer campaigns, product, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Acting as brand guardian, ensuring all activity is in line with brand and agreed TOV.
• Liaising closely with key internal stakeholders, to support campaigns and support content creation.
• Working within the marketing team to create compelling creative, including where required media buying to gain best value for the business.
• Helping with market research to understand market and customer trends.
• Supporting the Marketing Director in creating, developing and implementing brand guidelines across all business areas.
The successful candidate will require: • Minimum 5 years in a marketing executive role, ideally within the construction sector • CIM or equivalent Marketing qualification • Experience of marketing projects or campaigns coordination • Creative thinking and pragmatic problem-solving abilities with the ability to tailor your style to influence both internally and externally • An understanding of business strategy and the ability to navigate a complex business with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective Marketing plan delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation/understanding of the importance of compliance and GDPR, knowledge of CCPI would be beneficial • Highly organised with the ability to excel under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent activities.
• Experience in managing projects to deliver great campaigns and ROI.
