The successful candidate will be involved in: Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for the Southern Europe region, working closely with business development teams to align with commercial priorities Leading impactful marketing initiatives across social media, content, account-based marketing, advertising, and events, ensuring campaigns are tailored to local audiences for maximum engagement Crafting a seamless, end-to-end client journey that fosters brand loyalty across digital and physical touchpoints, moving clients smoothly from awareness to conversion Keeping performance metrics at the forefront, using insights from data to refine campaigns and achieve high ROI Working alongside central and local teams in marketing, content, digital, and design, ensuring regional needs are met while aligning with the global brand strategy Supporting budget planning and management to optimise expenditure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in asset management or financial services marketing Proven experience in managing multiple, complex campaigns, with a focus on delivering exceptional client engagement and comprehensive end-to-end execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimise marketing plans based on insights, and measure campaign success through clear metrics.
Fluency in English and Italian/Spanish is essential Competency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
