Senior Marketing Manager - Interim Role

We are currently working with an award-winning residential developer seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join them on a 6-month maternity cover.
You will join a company focusing on building premium properties across the South East.
The ideal candidate will have marketing experience within the property industry or a related industry, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and digital platforms.
You will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns for a range of new and existing developments, collaborating with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan.
You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams.
This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales Branding and Corporate Communications Lead the marketing team Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns Develop partnerships Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and plan Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study 5+ years' of marketing experience Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The role would suit someone who has experienced of devising and implementing successful marketing campaigns for residential developments and is looking to work within an organisation that is innovative and truly focused on quality.
