Senior Marketing Manager (temp) Residential Development Essex We are currently working with an award-winning residential developer seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join them on a 6-month maternity cover.
You will join a company focusing on building premium properties based in the Essex region.
The ideal candidate will have marketing experience within the property industry or a related industry, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to… Working collaboratively with the Divisional Marketing departments to ensure a consistent, effective marketing strategy Delivery of agreed marketing strategy to maximise return on investment, enhance customer experience and deliver against commercial KPI's Assisting in the production of digital marketing for developments in Essex Setting up promotion events Ensuring the online site presentation is optimised, working collaboratively with Digital team where necessary Other benefits also include, but are not limited to: Basic Salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience) Car Allowance
